1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use the SabyTorial website or enrol in SabyTorial classes. SabyTorial is a trading name of SABY & FAMILY PTY LTD. They apply together with our Enrolment Agreement, Privacy Policy and Payment and Refund Policy.

2. Using this website

Information on this website describes our programs in general terms. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to access areas you are not authorised to use, or interfere with its operation. Portal logins are personal to each student or parent and must not be shared.

3. Enrolment and eligibility

Enrolment is made by a parent or guardian on behalf of the student. A place is confirmed once it is accepted by SabyTorial and payment has cleared. Students who join after a term has started pay the full term fee; please contact us to discuss catch-up support.

4. Class conduct and expectations

Students join live classes on time with pen, paper, a scientific calculator and their textbook ready, and treat the teacher and other students with respect. Students must not record, screenshot or share classes. Ongoing disruptive behaviour is raised with the parent or guardian before any change to the student's place.

5. Optional one-to-one support sessions (additional cost)

Optional one-to-one support sessions may be available by arrangement, subject to the teacher's availability. They are not included in the term fee and are charged separately.

6. Intellectual property and learning materials

Teaching materials, readiness check content and class recordings are the property of SabyTorial. Materials are provided for the enrolled student's personal study only and must not be copied, shared or published. Class recordings are kept by SabyTorial.

7. Liability

We take care to deliver classes as described, but results depend on many factors and cannot be guaranteed. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to supplying the affected classes again or refunding the fees paid for them.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version and date on this page show when they last changed. Changes do not affect a term that has already been paid for.
