1. Cancellation notice period

To withdraw from a term, please give written notice of at least two sessions. Classes continue to be charged during the notice period.

2. Refunds for unused classes

Once the notice period has passed, remaining unused classes for the term are refunded on a pro-rata basis, calculated per class.

3. Missed classes

Classes missed by the student are not refunded.

4. Cancellations by SabyTorial

If we cancel a class or a cohort, affected classes are rescheduled. Rescheduled classes are not refunded.

5. How refunds are paid

Refunds are only given for unused classes that you cancel with written notice, as set out in sections 1 and 2. They are returned to the original payment method where possible, or by bank transfer to a nominated account, normally within ten business days.
