We collect the student and parent or guardian details provided at enrolment, readiness check responses, attendance and progress records, and payment references. We do not collect payment card numbers. Card payments are handled by our payment provider.

2. How we use information

Information is used to deliver classes, communicate about the program, report progress, and meet our record keeping obligations. We do not sell personal information.

3. Student privacy and class recordings

Classes are recorded by SabyTorial for teaching and quality purposes. Recordings are kept privately by SabyTorial. Students are expected to turn on their camera.

4. Storage and security

Records are stored on access-controlled systems and retained only for as long as they are needed or as required by law.

5. Disclosure to third parties

We disclose information to service providers who help us run the program (for example video conferencing and payment processing) under confidentiality obligations, and where required by law.

6. Accessing or correcting your information

You may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you or your child by contacting us.
