Enrolment Agreement

1. Parties and enrolment

This agreement is between SABY & FAMILY PTY LTD trading as SabyTorial and the parent or guardian enrolling the student named on the enrolment form. Enrolment is confirmed once the place is accepted by SabyTorial and payment has cleared.

2. Fees and payment

Term fees are $299 per student per term for the regular program, payable in advance by bank transfer. A place is held as pending payment until funds clear. Students who enrol after a term has started pay the full term fee. Crash course pricing is confirmed before each intake.

3. Attendance and missed classes

Classes run live online at the scheduled cohort time. Missed classes are not refunded or transferred, except as set out in the Payment and Refund Policy.

4. Homework and participation expectations

Students are expected to complete the weekly homework before class and to participate in class discussion. Persistent non-participation is raised with the parent or guardian before any change to the student's place.

5. Communication and progress reporting

Routine communication is by email, through the parent portal, or both. Progress notes are shared each term. Urgent matters relating to a student's wellbeing are raised with the parent or guardian directly.

6. Cancellation and withdrawal

Either party may end this agreement with written notice as set out in the Payment and Refund Policy. SABY & FAMILY PTY LTD may cancel a cohort where enrolment numbers are not viable, in which case unused fees are refunded in full.

7. Acceptance

By confirming below you acknowledge that you have read this agreement in full and accept it on behalf of the student named on the enrolment form. The document version and the time of your acceptance are recorded with the enrolment.
